Worst Case Scenario, Elora & Gasoline Alley, Even In Death, & They Live Live @ Bonds 007 January 4th 2014

(set list photo, *Out of the Ashes was replaced with Worst Case Scenario)
WOAH! Amazing show to start off the NEW YEAR RIGHT! I seriously have been waiting for these groups to get together and ROCK out the first Friday of the year! If you didn't make it to their show last night, you missed out on some headbanging fun! Worst Case Scenario started the show off right with playing a few rock'n out covers of some of their favorite tunes, including Metallica, The Cranberries, Megadeth just to name a few. Caitlyn's voice just made the crowd hyped up and ready for the Next Band, Elora & The Gasoline Alley

Elora played as well, a few covers like Guns N' Roses, Bon Jovi, and Journey. I wish she would have played something New from her Album, "Your Girl Tonight" because it show's her TRUE colors in her voice, Please, check out the album and definitely recommend her to sing some of her songs at her shows!

After her set, Even In Death which made the crowd even wanting more! I personally enjoyed their original song, "Freeze" which is a powerful ballad that makes you sing along. "I love that this band plays covers and as well plays originals, I believe this is what makes this band rock on at every show and makes you wanting more" said Marissa, a new Even In Death fan.

(Anthony Perez,  Basses of Even In Death)
(Ryan Valdez, Drummer of Even In Death)
(Danny Triano, Guitarist of Even In Death)
Lastly but Definitively NOT LEAST! They Live, a band who drove all the way from Minnesota! and a death punk band brought back punk music to the scene! I haven't really listened to punk since I left Fort Worth, but lets just say I will definitely get back in the groove of listening to death punk music! They played songs from their sample album, "Wolf Attack" and one of my favorites, "Al Azif."

Overall I believe this year's talented artist throughout San Antonio will be challenged and as well do more incredible things around town. I Highly recommend everyone to check out every band around town, go to show's, talk to them, recommend them to be played on radio stations, and as well become a fan and support your local bands!
\m/ Rock out San Antonio! -Kat
